Refund policy

We sell LED light swaroop and photo frames of God at Dolly Laser Cutting. All products are carefully packed and checked before dispatch. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount paid is strictly non-refundable.

We provide replacement only in case the customer receives a damaged product or a wrong product. Replacement will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, minor color or design variations, or damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or installation.

To claim a replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is received, without any cuts or pauses. The shipping label should be clearly visible in the video, and the video must clearly show the damaged or wrong product. No replacement request will be accepted without a proper unboxing video, and such requests will be strictly rejected.

Replacement requests must be raised within [24] hours/days of delivery. Customers must share their order ID, unboxing video, clear photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue by contacting us at [WhatsApp number 98556-89545]. Our team will review the request and respond within [4-5] business days.

If the replacement request is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched within [2-3] business days. Replacement is provided only once per order. In certain cases, the customer may be asked to return the damaged or wrong product before a replacement is sent, and return instructions will be shared accordingly.

By placing an order on the Dolly Laser Cutting website, the customer agrees to this replacement policy. We reserve the right to approve or reject any replacement request after verification
