7. Replacement Policy
Replacement is provided only if the customer receives a damaged product or a wrong product. A mandatory unboxing video recorded without cuts, starting before opening the package and clearly showing the shipping label and issue, is required to claim a replacement. Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video will be rejected. Replacement requests must be raised within the specified time after delivery. Replacement is provided only once per order.
8. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation may be allowed only before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
9. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders. Dolly Laser Cutting is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect address, contact details, or failure to receive delivery.
